Gara di pittura a tempo... 24 anni fa... credo... My first speed-painting tourneament, was 24 years ago... in Verona... was a third place for me.

Warmaster. Painted High Elves army

Questa armata di Elfi Alti mi ha portato via moltissimo tempo. Ho voluto dipingerla per bene, anche se le miniature sono molto piccole ho curato più possibile i dettagli e la serialità delle sfumature. Vista nel suo insieme è davvero impressionante, e poi tutti i modelli sono in metallo. Cosa non da poco, viste le dimensioni era un attimo fare dei "giocattolini".

This High Elves army took me a long time to paint it well. I used many colors and do my best to paint as much details as possible. Now It's a Great Army (full metal)!

Amazonia Gothique. Great Chaos Champion choice!

Disegnati dal grande Jes Goodwin a metà degli anni '80, questi Chaos Champions sono a dir poco strepitosi. Prima fra tutte l'Amazzone che trae ispirazione da un disegno del 1986 (WDwarf cover) di John Blanche. L'uomo-caprone l'ho ritrovato nelle mie scatole, purtroppo lei mi manca...

I Love Dwarf Lords of Legend.

Pronta per la foto, la mia ultima fatica nanesca! Questo stupendo modello anni '80 ha atteso trent'anni per essere dipinto decentemente. Lo avevo già affrontato dopo averne visto uno su White Dwarf ma il risultato era stato deludente. Per questo modello ho usato cinque tipi diversi di marrone, schiarendo di volta in volta con il bianco e il giallo per differenziarne ulteriormente i dettagli. L'unico colore presente è il rosso che mi è servito per aggiungere ancora più calore alla miniatura.
Scolpito dai fratelli Perry è parte della serie Dwarf Lords of Legend del 1988.




Ready for the photos, my latest dwarven effort ! This gorgeous model has waited thirty years to be painted decently. I had already dealt with after seeing one of White Dwarf, but the result was disappointing. For this model I used five different types of brown, lightening from time to time with the white and yellow to differentiate further details. The only color I used is red, it has served to add even more heat to the model. Sculpted by the brothers Perry is a member of a Dwarf Lords of Legend of 1988.

Simply the Best.

Ezekiel (lo so, perdonatemi, ha lo stendardo di Asmodai ma mi piaceva di più) e Teclis sono stati dipinti secoli fa... Volevo aggiungerli alla galleria perchè li ritengo due stupende miniature. In particolare Teclis. Se lo confrontiamo con il Teclis di oggi è immediata la superiorità della vecchia scultura.


Ezekiel (I know, forgive me, but it has the standard of Asmodai I liked best) and Teclis were painted centuries ago ... I wanted to add them to the gallery because I think they are two wonderful miniatures. In particular Teclis. If we compare it with the Teclis now is the immediate superior of the old sculpture.

Necromunda House Cawdor Gang

Ho dipinto questa Gang di Necromunda più di 15 anni fa ma li vedo ancora in ottima forma! Le notizie storiche a proposito dei Cawdor mi dicono che "La Casata Cawdor è il bastione del Culto della Redenzione. I suoi profeti predicono un futuro di distruzione universale. Gli abitanti del Formicaio che non seguono la Redenzione sono inutili infedeli. Non c'è bisogno di dire che i rapporti tra la Casata Cawdor e le altre Casate sono molto tesi."

I painted this Necromunda Gang more than 15 years ago but I see them still great! The historical information about the Cawdor tell me that "The House Cawdor is the stronghold of the Cult of the Redemption. His prophets foretell a future of universal destruction. The inhabitants of the anthill that do not follow the redemption are worthless infidels. There is no need to say that relations between the House Cawdor and the other Houses are very tense. "

Tempesta di magia? Roba da bambini.

Alcuni sostengono che quando finiscono le idee inizano ad apparire gli Spinner... qui sotto una serie di giochi famosi -per bambini- che hanno adottato questo metodo... Una volta, gli adulti usavano i dadi. Da otto, da dodici, da venti, da cento. Comunque dadi e non rotelle di plastica che indicano fette colorate... alcuni hanno ragione temo.
